For national health insurance-related physical check-ups, labor physical check-ups, physical check-ups requested by insurance companies, labor employment and on-the-job physical check-ups, please go directly to Health Management Center on the 3rd floor of Building D to register. No reservation is required.
For delicate and upscale physical check-ups and physical check-ups for residence permits of foreigners (foreign labor), please make reservations in advance and report to Health Management Center on the 3rd floor of Building D as previously appointed.
