Qualifications: Those between 40 and 65 years of age can enjoy the physical check-up once every 3 years. Those who are 65 years old, over or 35 years old and over with polio and aborigines who are 55 years old and over (upon presentation of household certificate) with national health insurance can enjoy the physical check-up once a year. Attention: for those whose physical check-ups exceed granted ones, they should pay for the fees themselves.

Notes: 

1. Partial payment can be exempted. National health insurance IC card should be presented as identification.
2. Please fast for 8 hours prior to your physical check-up (including water and other drinks).
3.Please wear casual clothes on the day of your physical check-up (two-piece clothes are highly suggested).
